Our Illinois office is at 5569 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn, IL 60453. Illinois clients can meet in person at the office or through telehealth, and our Illinois team works with adults, teens, couples, and families.
Growth & Guidance is a Black-owned group therapy practice founded by Jalinia Logan, LCSW, CCATP, to make quality mental-health care accessible to minority and underserved communities. Our clinicians are strengths-based and culturally affirming, and services are available in Spanish as well as English.
Choosing between in-person and online sessions is up to you. Some people like the routine of coming into an office. Others would rather skip the drive and meet from home. Your free consult is a good time to talk through which option fits your life.

Visiting the Oak Lawn office
The office is located at 5569 W. 95th St. in Oak Lawn. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The office is closed on Sunday.

Telehealth anywhere in Illinois
If getting to Oak Lawn isn't practical, telehealth lets you meet your therapist by secure video from home or any private space in Illinois. You'll get a private link before each appointment. All you need is a device with a camera and a stable internet connection, and you need to be located in Illinois, Georgia, or Florida during each session.

Insurance and rates
We accept many plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, CountyCare, Meridian, Medicaid (YouthCare, WellCare), Medicare Part B, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC), and plans must include behavioral health outpatient office benefits. Coverage can vary by state and plan, so contact our office and we will verify your benefits. Private pay, sliding scale, and monthly payment plans are also available.
