Telehealth Services
Therapy that meets you wherever you are — secure video sessions across Georgia, Illinois, and Florida. The same care, without the commute.

Telehealth sessions happen over secure, HIPAA-appropriate video through our client portal. You'll get a private link before each appointment, join with one click, and meet your therapist face-to-face from anywhere in the state you're located.
It's a strong fit for busy schedules, limited transportation, rural areas without local providers, and anyone who simply feels more at ease opening up from their own space. All you need is a private room, a device with a camera, and a stable internet connection.
Telehealth is offered only in states where our clinicians are licensed — Georgia, Illinois, and Florida. If you travel between them, we can usually keep meeting; if you move outside the three, we'll help you find a referral.

FAQ
Common questions
-
Is online therapy as effective as in person?
For most people, yes. Research consistently shows telehealth is as effective as in-person therapy for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns. Your therapist will help you decide if it's the right fit.
-
Which states can you see me in?
Our clinicians are licensed in Georgia, Illinois, and Florida only. You need to be physically located in one of those three states during each session.
-
What if I have a technical problem during a session?
Your therapist will have a backup plan — usually a phone call — so a dropped connection never means a lost session. We'll walk you through the portal beforehand so the first login is easy.
