My work is centered on helping children, adolescents, and families navigate challenging circumstances while creating safe, supportive environments where they can heal and thrive. Through my experience in child welfare and therapy, I have developed a strong understanding of family dynamics, trauma, behavioral health, and the unique needs of children and caregivers. I approach my work with compassion, empathy, and a strengths-based perspective, recognizing the importance of meeting each individual and family where they are. I am passionate about advocating for children and families, building trusting relationships, and connecting individuals with the resources and support they need. My goal is to empower families, promote healthy relationships, and contribute to positive, lasting outcomes for the children and communities I serve. I treat clients experiencing anxiety and stress and provide therapy to all age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.
