She is currently a caseworker in the Civil Division (child protection court). Nancy began her journey in social services working with the Early Interventions Program, the IL Department of Human Services (DHS), and the IL Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). Nancy currently assists families and attorneys in the Civil division by providing guidance and support as they navigate through a challenging system. She ensures that clients and families receive the proper services to achieve permanency. Nancy is a licensed child protection worker, certified mitigation specialist, and obtained a master’s degree in Social Work from DePaul University. Nancy continues to support the Social Work Department at DePaul University through Career panels and student advocacy.
