She works to help people with improvement towards mental and physical health. Because she has worked as a Licensed Nurse and Psychotherapist, she is able to assist people with making the connection between mental health impacts on physical health and well-being. While also helping clients develop healthy coping mechanisms is something she strives to do. Other services provided include referrals for the following: medical screenings for physical exams, labs, and diagnostic tests, medical specialists i.e. nephrologist, cardiologist etc., and Psychiatrists. Therapeutic Interventions used: (ACT) Acceptance Commitment Therapy, (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (DBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Her overall goal is to help clients feel empowered and help them to maximize their full potential.
