I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across school, community mental health, psychiatric, and behavioral health settings. My approach to therapy is client-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in restorative practices and restorative justice. I believe that building a strong and trusting relationship is an important part of the therapeutic process, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, and other mental health challenges. I incorporate skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, restorative justice, crisis intervention, and coping-skills development.
