Erica Jackson

My name is Erica Jackson and I am Licensed Social Worker that has been in the field for 13 years as a mental health professional. I received a Bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University and a Master’s degree at Chicago State University both in the field of social work. My experience includes but not limited to, working with individuals, families, and groups. I have experience providing trauma-informed care, medical social work, mental health, behavioral health, residential, non-profit, case management, and so much more. I am currently attending Chicago State University to obtain my Professional Educator License so that I can transition into a school social work role helping children and families navigate through an educational setting. I enjoy providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I look forward to serving you and your family reach their fullest potential and over all well-being.
