I’m a clinical licensed psychotherapist with over 9 years of experience working with children, teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, boundary setting, relationship issues and difficult life changes. My experience in the field includes working in intensive outpatient programs, psychiatry hospitals, outpatient clinics, and school settings. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space for each client to explore and learn more about themselves. Your therapeutic journey will include cultivating effective skills and tools, and increasing self-awareness. I use an integrative approach, pulling from several modalities to craft the best treatment plan for each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive therapy (MCBT) and Solution-Focused Based Therapy (SFBT). Because I believe that no single modality can fit every client’s therapeutic goal, I adapt to each individual with a customized approach.

communication, hard work and perseverance. I assist clients in creating positive change in their own lives by creating relationships built on trust and understanding that real progress can only be achieved when such a relationship exists.
