Ashley Phillips

Ashley Phillips is a License Social Worker. She received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Jane Addams School of Social Work. Ashley specializes in depression, anxiety, grief and self-esteem. Ashley takes a holistic approach when working with her clients and often leads from a spirituality lens. Ashley has a strong background in public health with over 12 years of physical and mental health education and social services experience and understands the alignment of the physical and mental health for the well-being of the whole person. Ashley’s passion is working to help her clients see their strengths and develop healthy coping skills using traditional and non-traditional interventions. The interventions Ashley commonly used in session is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) using mindfulness techniques, Strength based and Solution-Focused Therapy, allowing her clients to develop healthy thinking strategies to support their mental health.
